RETURN/EXCHNAGE POLICY
Sometimes the experience doesn't go as expected but we have got you covered. Please view the instructions below very carefully to initiate a return request.
Return Policy
-You have 5 days from the date you received your item to initiate return request.
For hygienic reasons used fitness gears cannot be returned. For Backpacks we welcome returns only if any customer has received a damaged or defective product.
-Any items with signs of use, odor, glitter or hair will be declined for any returns.
-All items must be packed as per their initial state for returns to be accepted .Item must be in its original packaging, with tags and must contain a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your refund and suitable for resale.
-Reduce Pricing Items/promotional products are subject to non-returnable/exchangeable guidelines.
-Exchange orders will have a shipping fee which will be paid for by the customer.
-We inspect all return requests products using the guidelines above for refund eligibility.
-Returns and Cancellations are subject to a deduction of the original credit card processing fees.
